Baby Boomer Fitness Solutions offers both private sessions and small group classes for adults of every age and every fitness level. All Pilates Classes use floor mats, various flex bands and balls to insure the most beneficial exercise program possible, furthering each participant’s level of fitness and injury prevention, regardless of specific fitness level.

“Power-Up” Pilates

Monday & Thursday @ 7:30a – 8:30a
Power up both your body & mind with this early morning CORE Strengthening/Muscle Lengthening exercise routine, concentrating on your mind/body connection. Finish the hour feeling stronger, taller, excited, ready to start your day! As with all Pilates classes, increase your core strength, while minimizing lower back, neck, hip and knee pain.

Evening Pilates Experience

Monday & Wednesday @ 7p – 8p; Tuesday 6p - 7p
Lengthen/Strengthen/ your core, focus on your body in such a way that you complete the class with energy, enhanced focus, headaches eliminated, feeling physically stronger, and strengthening your core. The benefits include increased flexibility and body awareness, along with decreased aches & pains.

Saturday Morning Pilates

Saturday @ 11a – 12n
Start your weekend, increasing flexibility, lengthening/strengthening your muscles, focusing on your core & mind/body connection. Eliminate/decrease neck, lower back, hip and knee pain, while experiencing greater flexibility, strength and endurance.

Saturday Boomer Bootcamp Blast

Saturdays @ 8:15a to 9:15a
Challenge yourself regardless of your current fitness level though fun/energizing individual & team movements. The hour will breeze by, leaving you feeing accomplished, strong, physically connected, while burning an incredible amount of calories. Each class will enhance your muscle tone and leave your feeling great - guaranteed!

Mid-Day Circuit Pilates - Energized!

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 12:30p to 1:30p
This "mid-day" hour of power is guaranteed to boost your energy through the roof, and throughout the remainder of your day. Strengthen, lengthen, relax and feel invigorated via a one hour, twice weekly class. This class is designed to work with all fitness levels, allowing you make changes in your focused areas of health. Take your lunch hour, and burn an incredible amount of calories. Each class will enhance your muscle tone and leave your feeling great - guaranteed!

"Flexibility/Strength" Fusion

Mondays @5:45p - September 21st
Start your week with a lengthening / strengthening / invigorating routine. Class involves flex bands, free-weights and focused controlled stretching. Guaranteed to start your week, feeling, energized, stronger and taller!
